Emily + Aaron

Emily and Aaron created a beautiful wedding on the Fourth of July weekend - a stunning celebration of their own marriage and this quintessential American holiday!

The bride and groom, a local couple with strong ties to Western Carolina University, wanted to frame their special day in the beautiful WNC mountains they call home.

Blue Frame Photography captured the summer lushness of the grapevines and some incredible shots of the wedding party: the gals in red dresses and cowgirl boots, and the bride and groom enjoying their first married stroll through our beautiful gardens.

Nearly 200 guests joined them despite the rain that dampened spirits all day...and with perfect timing, the rain broke just before the ceremony, and the rest of the day was sunny and beautiful under the mountains' signature blue skies.

The groom and his groomsmen got creative with their photos with shots on the porch of the original "Betty's Cabin" and with white umbrellas to cover them from the rain!

Local BBQ and festive holiday decor rounded out an incredible day for this fun-loving couple and their guests, making this a holiday no one will soon forget.
