The Dunkard Barn "The Lodge"

The Dunkard Barn Lodge is a luxuriously restored barn offering a dramatic fireplace, five en suite bedrooms, a climate-controlled wine cellar, and a bespoke kitchen with restaurant quality appliances. Each sumptuously decorated bedroom provides magnificent, uninterrupted views and the utmost in comfort for your guests. Best of all, an expansive lodge patio extends from the dining room to overlook the over the vineyards and the surrounding mountains, a view so spectacular that it creates the perfect setting for any event.

The Honeymoon Cottage at Betty's Cellar

Our guests enter the lavish Honeymoon Cottage through the original 1900s wine cellar, renovated with a small kitchenette. Upstairs, a spacious loft features a four-poster, king-size bed, a living area, and a stunning ensuite bath with a claw foot tub. A small enclosed back porch leads down a set of stairs to the patio, and Betty's Creek flows right outside, creating a beautiful atmosphere for the wedding night.

The Honeymoon Cottage also features a beautiful hand-laid Stone Patio, perfect for a ceremony for up to 120 guests, a cocktail hour or a post-wedding brunch.

Open Air Pavilion (coming fall 2015)

Our new open-air event pavilion seats up to 250 guests and features a covered ceremony area, six restrooms, a catering kitchen, and a rustic, yet elegant design approach to complete the decor.

The Groom's Barn

Boasting views of the Balsam Mountains and the Blue Ridge Parkway, the Groom's Barn offers a full kitchen, a half-bath, a TV, comfortable seating, a variety of yard games and a relaxing atmosphere where the groom and his gentlemen can retreat from wedding day preparations.

Outdoor Amenities

With hundreds of acres of protected forest and dozens of manicured gardens, orchards, and vineyards, it's hard to choose which stroll to take next. The headwaters of Betty's Creek and Betty's Branch feed creeks, waterfalls, and trout ponds throughout the property, and our colorful flower and herb gardens complement the mountain views.
